Tuscany Accommodation - The Villa: The villa was build recently. It is spacious and bright. It is made of 5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms on first floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom on grondfloor), 4 bathrooms, 1 living room (with a fire place and a satellite TV), 1 big eating room, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and micro-wave oven, washdisher, espresso machine, dishes, washing machine), 1 spacious mezzanine (with a convertible sofa), 1 dressing. The villa counts 2 floors and can host between 9 and 11 persons.
Tuscany Villa Rental - The garden, the swimming pool and surroundings:
The villa was built at the place of an old house of the 9th century. Its style reproduces the old villa's one of which the stones were re-used for the external walls. The villa has a 450 square meters private garden with private car park (up to 4 cars), a rectangular swimming pool of 12.2 meters by 5.4 m. (with roman stairs). It is surrounded by a big terrace where hosts can use a barbecue. The garden and surroundings are full of olive trees, cypress, etc. The villa is ideally positioned in the heart of the Tuscan hills, at 500 meters height, in a very quiet place. It has a very nice. Panoramic view.
