Summer garden room, open plan dining room, fully equipped large kitchen, laundry and wc.
First Floor:
2 double bedrooms (1 can be twin), both ensuite, large sitting room with fireplace.
Second Floor:
Stairs from the lounge connect to a 3rd double bedroom (can be twin) with ensuite, for the best views from the house!
Outside:
The kitchen leads out to a wooden pergola with large table for eating "al fresco", with BBQ.
Large swimming pool 10m x 5.5m. The depth is 1.45m throughout in accordance with the law.
Large fenced pool area with 6 comfortable sunbeds, 2 moveable large umbrellas, sunwarmed shower, table & chairs.
Safe grass playing fields with mini football posts and toys - slide, swings, mini house etc.
A short walk from the house there are chickens (no cockrels!!!) where guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs. There are also sheep and pigs to see.
Guests are also welcome to help themselves to fresh produce from the large vegetable garden, close to the house.
A beautiful area for setting off on a long or short walk or cycle ride.
Restored within the last 10 years Villa Monterchi has been transformed from a complete ruin to a beautiful, comfortable and traditional country house. Equipped with everything you need for a great holiday we're sure you'll find it like a home from home
