PROFILE: Villa Giovanna is inserted in one splendid landscaped frame of Tuscan hills, encircled from forests, olive groves and vineyards and in an ideal position in order to reach many art's cities like San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Volterra.
DESCRIPTION: Villa Giovanna is completely and elegantly fornished with periode pieces. Several of the large rooms have frescoed ceilings. The ground floor has a large livingroom and a large dining room, a study with fireplace, sat tv, dvd and internet point with computer and wire less access, a bath with shower and a big eat in kitchen with refrigerator, oven for baking, toaster oven, stove top, espresso maker, american coffee maker, stove top kettle, microwave, fireplace, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, clothes kasher, portable fans. There is also a little laundry with washing machine, iron and iron board, clothes line.Upstairs are four double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.
Outdoors, guest have a large patio with dining table, chairs and a large lawn for personal use. Near the villa there is an exlusive swimming pool for sole use of the guests. Pets are allowed in the house, but not in the bedrooms, on sofas or in the pool. Near the villa there is a village far from the house 1 km. In Corazzano village there are two minimarkets (two supermarkets are in San Miniato Basso, 7 Km far), a bank, pharmacy and a restaurant.Close to the villa there are many restaurants very good and no expensive.
