The house has an ample garden with lawn furniture, a 6 x 12 x 1,40-meter swimming pool, and covered parking for three cars. About two kilometers away is the town of Loro Ciufenna which has maintained much of its ancient Medieval castle aspect and yet has shops and services of all kinds.
