Information Request Villa Belfiore - PROFILE: The Villa is embedded within the heart of the Florentine hills, at only 11/12 km from Florence and close to the Chianti hills. The farmhouse, subdivided over two floors, has been recently restored and furnished with antiques. On the ground floor is located the living area with spacious Tuscan kitchen, dining room and living room with double sofa bed and fireplace each, lounge and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with own bathroom, offering space for up to 8+2 people. Villa Belfiore is equipped with all mods and cons, like independent heating, satellite TV, video recorder, stereo etc.
In front of the house there is a porch with table and chairs as well as table tennis, ideal in the morning for breakfast or to enjoy the fresh during hot summer days. On the back of the house, a stone oven and a barbecue.
Villa Belfiore is surrounded by 6 hectares of land with vineyards, olive trees, cypresses, chestnuts and woods, where one can also easily find mushrooms, wild asparagus and herbs. In the well kept garden, there is a panorama terrace, also equipped with sun umbrella, table with chairs, ideal for barbecues with a marvellous view over the swimming pool with the Chianti hills as background.

Chianti Accommodation - SERVICES: Horse riding 5 minutes far from the villa. In Malmantile many typical restaurats. Underneath the house, the swimming pool (8 x 10 m), surrounded by a sun deck, also with parasols, deck-chairs and sun beds. Barbecue, Tv sat, Open oven in the garden, DVD player, washing maschine, dishwasher, microwave.
Furthermore there is the possibility to purchase Extravergin olive oil and wine, produced by the family for own use. Only 2 km away is situated Lastra a Signa, where one can find typical Tuscan products and all kind of shops, where one can find everything necessary for everyday life.
