Pisa accommodation - Villa Cipressi ( Farmhouse) is located on beautiful Valdera hill in the area of Capannoli (Pi), close to a small village called Santo Pietro Belvedere. The Villa is only 5 minutes from Casciana Terme, the spa tradition known since 1311 for the prodigious effects of its waters, and very near artistic towns such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca and Firenze.
The lovers of nature and relax will find in the villa a unique landscape immersed in olive trees and vines. Villa Cipressi is also completely indipendent and an only family can make use of it, of course a family looking for a holiday spent in absolute privacy, but near all kinds of shops and activities.
Original beams and small beams, all of them part of more ancient tuscan buildings, are re-used to give the Casale the finishing touch and the air and characteristics of traditional tuscan farm houses.
Its structure of 180mq is composed of a big sitting room with fire place, a wall kitchen, made respecting the materials, coulours and shapes of tradition, but furnished with all modern electrical appliances: dishwasher, oven, big stove.You will find here the care and attention of a selected structure.
Pisa accommodation - On the ground floor,a bathroom in tuscan country style, with shower; on the first and last floor, three bedrooms called, in order: Maria de' Medici, Caterina de' Medici and Lorenzo il Magnifico. All of them confortable, elegant, with refined finishing touches and room for six people. On the same floor, an elegant bathroom with tub.
All around the villa there is a garden and a parking site for six cars; wellness corner and, on the higher part of the premises, the swimming pool, 12 metres long, immersed in the green of plants and flowers.
Pisa accommodation - Only with us at the villa, you will have the opportunity of tasting rare and delicious wines coming from the best producing farms in the area of Pisa, Firenze, Siena, all of them expression of the traditions and history of the region.
