Information Request Villa Stazzema - A two bedroom family house in the heart of nature yet only a short drive from the coast and the long sandy beaches of Versilia.
The house is spread over three floors. The front door opens off a covered furnished patio with barbeque, long marble table and comfortable wicker furniture, onto the first floor of the house and into a large well equipped kitchen-diner. Along side a beautiful marble sink, made from local stone there is a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a traditional fireplace. Through an ante-bathroom there is a shower-room. Up a short flight of wooden stairs you find the two bedrooms. The large master bedroom also has a single divan bed. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, with the option of a third bed if required.
On the lower floor is the spacious living room with two comfortable sofa beds, satellite TV, DVD player, I pod dock. Here is also a second bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, and washbasin. A washing machine and internet key are also provided for the guests use.
The house is built into the hillside, and the colourful flowering garden is made up of a series of terraces. On the top terrace the owners have installed decking, sun beds and a large, heated, Jacuzzi for total relaxation. Romantic garden lighting makes it something to experience even after sunset.
The lower terrace is a suitable area for children to play on or for sun bathing. Below the house and just a few hundred yards walk is the piazza of Sant’Anna and museum where there is a small bar/shop selling dry goods and a small range of local produce. Just 1Km from the house there is an excellent restaurant.
