Information Request PROFILE: Villa San Niccolo' is located on the hill slope near Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence, within walking distance and just a few minutes by bus from the city’s most important museums and monuments. The villa is situated in one of the most characteristic places in Florence, a nice and quite area surrounded by lush vegetation. It can host up to 7 persons in 3 double bedrooms and has a beautiful garden with all comforts and privacy.
The villa has a hall, a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen , an equipped garden , 3 bedrooms, 1 single sofa bed, 3 bathrooms and a store room.

GROUND FLOOR: Living room with sofa and armchairs covered with pink and green flower print (sanderson), a crystal table in the middle of the room, satellite TV, fire-place and an antique provençal sideboard. The living room is connected with the garden by a french window. Small bathroom with water-closet, sink and store room. Fully equipped kitchen: ventilated electric oven, four burner stove, dishwasher, unit with built in fridge and freezer, Carrara marble double basin kitchen sink. Green stacking cabinet. 19th century English style strip table (which can host up to 6 persons), 6 pub chairs. The kitchen is connected with the garden where you can find a lovely iron gazebo for lunch and dinner in the open air.

FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a cream enamelled tester bed and an antique walnut 2 door wardrobe, an iron etagere, a small table and armchair. White and bordeaux (red) fabric. The second bedroom has a double bed (or 2 twin beds), bedside tables, an antique wardrobe, old lamps etc., and a small balcony with a magnificent view on the Dome. It’s furnished with a white and blue fabric. The bathroom has a water-closet, a sink, a store room and a shower box. Canary yellow tiles with bordeaux (red) borders.
