Its 100 year old pale grey stone walls and terracotta roof are typically Tuscan in style and it is set in a large garden containing olive and fruit trees with a lovely private swimming pool (normally in use May-Sep) and a barbecue. From its terrace you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Florentine hills. A flight of stairs leads to the entrance door and into a large lounge with a television and cosy sofas and armchairs clustered around the fireplace. The separate dining room opens out onto a balcony with table and chairs where you can eat al fresco. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven/grill, 4-ring hob and dishwasher. There is also a restaurant at the Fattoria Usignoli, 600m away. There are three double bedrooms and one twin and many of the rooms feature wrought iron beds and antique walnut wardrobes.
