Information Request PROFILE: Comfortable villa with private pool situated a panoramic and quiet position on the hills surrounding the small town of Montaione, approx. 50 from Florence away and 20 km from the charming village of San Gimignano. This villa is cozy and offers nicely furnished interiors as well as large outdoor furnished areas (lawn).

DESCRIPTION: Ground floor: billiard room, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine.
First floor: living room with fireplace and dining area with access to a panoramic terrace (18 m2 approx), kitchen (electric stove, microwave, freezer, toaster, espresso and American coffee maker), bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower , master bedroom with ceiling fan, bedroom with 2 single beds (one a square and a half) and access to the outside, bathroom with shower.
Second floor: attic with piano and fireplace (not usable).

SERVICES: large outdoor furnished areas, swimming pool (15 x 5 m, minimum depth: 1.50 m, maximum depth: 2.00 m, open from 1 / 5 to 30 / 9) and outdoor shower (hot and cold); porch equipped entrance of the house, barbecue. Panoramic terrace.
