Information Request Villa Colline is a beautiful independent villa located in Montaione, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, nearby the city of Florence and just at a short distance from the main cities of Tuscany such as Siena, Lucca, Arezzo and Pisa.
The Villa is surrounded by a private estate of 210 acres consisting of woodlands, pine forests, olive groves and vineyards offering guests a breathtaking panorama of the green, pure uncontaminated nature; in the front side park of the Villa there is a large 13 by 6 meters swimming pool equipped with tables and chairs, a wide space where guests can spend their time for relaxing or joining their main meals during the warmer seasons. The villa comprises a large room (about 70 sq. Meters), a smaller room with sat tv, a 20 sq meters large fully equipped kitchen, with oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, 6 double bedrooms with a wonderful panorama of the surrounding hills (three of them with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning) and a fourth bathroom shared by the other 3 rooms.
