Just 1 km off the exit Barberino di Mugello on the A1 Motorway Bologna-Firenze, the holiday Villa is only 15 minutes away from the city of Florence with its history and arts. Close to Bilancino lake and the Mugello's international autodrome, the holiday Villa is also offering a beautiful park with swimming pool.
Villa Barberino is a three storied building. Ground floor: a large dinning room with a wood-oven. First Floor : a large sitting room with fire place, dinning room, a terrace with a panoramic view, a completely furnisched kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers. Second floor : There is one large room ( about 50 sq.m. ) furnished with sofas in one side with one half-bathroom.

WHERE WE ARE: Villa Barberino is close to the town of Barberino where you can find all services ( supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, banks, hospital..) Villa Barberino is encircled by nice woods, excellent places for relaxing walks. About 5 kms away is 'Bilancino' lake with equipped beaches. At s distance of few kms it's possible to visit the native house of the painter Giotto.

FACILITIES: In the garden there are a swimming pool 7x3x1,35 mt ( changing room, deck chairs ..), three pavilions, a barbecue. Villa Barberino is furnisched with a wood-oven, a terrace, 2 TV, DVD player. Upon request : daily cleaning ( 15 € / hour ) and breakfast ( 7 €/hour ) are available.
