Information Request Villa Mandorli, recently restored with all modern facilities, is over two floors with a separate entrance but it can also be connecting through an internal staircase.
On the the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fireplace and 3 bedrooms (one single) with private bathroom.
On the first floor, in addition to the entrance and the lounge with a game area, there are 3 bedrooms (one with separate entrance), 2 living rooms equipped with piano and billiards, and a large terrace overlooking the pool. The villa can accomodate up to 11 guests total. The living room deserves a special comment because of its size and beauty, actually there are large sofas in front of the fireplace which offer pleasant moments of conversation; the living room also has some bookshelves, stereo, large satellite TV, and Internet connection as in the other rooms.
In the lounge there is also a billiards table and a piano.
The outdoor area includes a large terrace with table, chairs and umbrellas for the sun, overlooking the pool, where you can admire the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, hills and mountains far away.
From the terrace in the morning you can smell the salty air of the sea that lies just 55 km from Montalbano and reaches Villa Mandorli thanks to the morning breeze.
One of the rooms of the villa is very suggestive. It is actually one of the rooms of the great Italian tenor Enrico Caruso. The pool is modern and well equipped, has a gazebo lit at night and two barbecues available for guests who love to cook and eat outside.
In addition, near the kitchen under the century-old almond trees from which the villa takes its name, there is also a comfortable covered porch where you can have breakfast outside.
