Borgo del Chianti is situated near a lovely old church called "Chiesa di San Martino", not far from the historic castle of Panzano in Chianti in the Chianti area. The estate probably dates back to 1163, as reported in some old manuscripts. Recently new cultivation systems for biological agriculture have been implemented.
