Information Request The Val di Chiana Villa is a wonderful building near one of the main cities of Tuscany, Cortona, and it is more specifically situated in Terontola, a village in the countryside on the border line between the two Italian regions of Tuscany and Umbria, not too far from the A1 highway leading to the near cities of Artistic interest such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo, Rome, Perugia, Assisi, etc..
The Villa is divided into two independent apartments, one similar to the other, which can be rent together or separately by small groups of people.
At the ground floor, one of the two apartments, named "La Chiesina" (the little church), comprises one large living room consisting of a large corner sofa next to a fireplace, internet, satellite tv, dvd player, hi fi, leaf table with chairs, one bathroom and a kitchen equipped with micro -wave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, food processor, toaster, American coffee maker, Italian coffee maker (moka pot), mosquito nets on doors and windows, cockpit freezerand finally a large panoramic terrace, which you can easily reach through a French window from the kitchen, equipped with a gazebo with a table and chairs, a wood oven, a barbecue set, a sink, a rocking chair and some deckchairs for a complete relax.
At the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a French bed both comprising a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the Val di Chiana.
The second apartment, named "Boschetto" (Grove), is the exact copy of the Chiesina apartment and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 double bedrooms.
It comprises 6 bedrooms (5 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with a French bed), 4 bathrooms (2 of them with bath tub).
