Information Request DESCRIPTION: Villa Santa Fiora is located only 3 km from the historic center of Arezzo, completely surrounded by 40 hectares of greenery. Many tourist attractions are easily accessible thanks to its strategic location (just 70 km Siena, Florence and Cortona 70 km to 30 km, the A1 is just 10 km while the railway station 3 km Arezzo.
From ancient residences were divided into two apartments furnished in a modern style respecting the traditional materials that connect together. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and services for an area of 100sqm. Villa Santa Fiora is still rented to an entirely exclusive of one group of people.
