Information Request This villa is an awesome stone frame tucked away into the verdant hills of Tuscany in the area of Arezzo, situated in Valdarno Pergine precisely, and it is close to all the main cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena. The villa has been recently renovated with extreme care for the little details with the intent that all the guests will be welcome in the best way. The Villa can accommodate from 8 up to 14 people and it is arranged on two floors:
Ground floor:
- pantry equipped with a freezer and a wine cellar with a fine selection of Tuscan renowned wines
- laundry with washing machine and ironing board;
- large kitchen (stove with 5 burners, wide refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee machines either for Italian and American coffee)
- Dining room with extendable table and seats for 14 people
- Living room with fireplace (firewood available), flat screen, satellite TV and DV player, bathroom (provided with toilet, bidet, bathroom with sink).
First floor comprising 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with a wide window:
- A double room with a spacious ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a shower (complete with 2 sinks, bidet and a WC) and a wardrobe.
- A double room with a large ensuite bathroom with shower (provided with 2 sinks, bidet and a WC) and an outernstaircase leading to the garden
- Two twin/double room, a bathroom with a spacious shower space ( provided with 2 sinks, bidet and a wc)
- A double room with ensuite bathroom with a large shower (complete with 2 sinks, bidet and a wc)
- Loft leading to the attic room arranged as a large double room. A terrace with stairs leads downstairs into the garden
- A study/bedroom (outer staircase leading downstairs to the garden) with one or two extra single beds available to be added
- free WI FI internet available
The exterior is equipped with a pergola and many terraces where you can set your dining place outside. The rooftop swimming-pool, 40 by 16 feet (5 feet deep), is surrounded by a large terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The outside Pergola is provided with a wood oven and barbecue.

Special Services: Cooking class: in the villa you can attend several Tuscany Cooking classes directed by with the Chef "Laura Giusti" or joining some private Tai Chuan courses in the enchanting nature surrounding the Villa.

Horse ridingstables: A 1.5 miles away from Villa Pergine you can find the "Civetta", a riding school offering riding lessons for all levels and all the ages, it has in fact also a pony club and horse rides in the surrounding countryside are daily organized.
