Information Request The villa is an independent villa, 300 mq of extension, which can host up to 16 people.
It is endowed with 2 appartments and can accomodate 15-16 people no more, it has 2 kitchens, 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. All apartments can be connected by using the villa’s old doors.

GROUND FLOOR: The villa has 20 beds but does not accept groups over 16 people. 1 large living room with fireplace and TV, dining room with table seating for 14 people, a small kitchen, bathroom, two double bedrooms, one with a double sofa bed, every bedroom has a bathroom with tub and shower.
FIRST FLOOR: big living room with fireplace and large kitchen. Two double bedrooms both with bathroom, one bedroom has a double sofa bed. There is also a Sofabed in the big double living room. Another double room with double sofa bed. Villa il Poggio offer you the possibility to relax in complete comfort, enjoing of the striking views. Located in the Casentino area, one of the more charming valleys in the Tuscany Appennines, farm holiays are at 500 meters of altitude.

The villa is encircled by hills cultivated with vineyards ad olive groves, woods and meadows. The perfect scenery to spend your holidayscamong the beauties of nature, enjoying the tipical flavours and the unique colors.

Close to the villa there is: Golf, tennis, horseback riding, fishing and canoeing facilities are avalailable at very short distance.
Animals, like dogs or cats, are welcome.
Sports like orienteering and trekking are possible thanks to the detailed maps at your disposal in the farm. Large private garden area with private swimming-pool (12x6mt). Sales of organic products of nearby Farm owners where there are also many animals: horses, geese, pigs, goats, cows, chickens, etc. Possibility of horse riding with or without a guide.

WHERE WE ARE: By car: 20 km away from the exit Arezzo on the A1 highway (Milano-Roma-Napoli). By plane: at 100 km from the Firenze airport and 160 km from the Pisa airport. By train: at 12 km from the Arezzo train station. Ideally positioned in the heart of the Tuscan hills (at 500 meters height), close to Arezzo, Firenze, Cortona, Siena, Perugia, La Verna, Montalcino.
