Information Request PROFILE: The lovely landowner’s villa is placed in an estate mainly covered with olive groves which expands until the torrent Ciuffenna and up to the mountains of Pratomagno which divide the Casentino from Valdarno and from the Chianti valleys.
Villa Fabbri, set 450 m. above sea level and reachable by an unmade private road about 700 m. long, overlooks the old medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna which is about 3 km far.
The village can be also reached by feet walking along an interesting, well signed, naturalistic path (around 20 minutes walking).
The villa’s geographic position is equidistant from the main art centres of Italian culture: Firenze, Siena and Arezzo are easily reachable by car in less than an hour. Closer there are many medieval hamlets, Romanesque parishes and outlet shops of the major Italian fashion brands.
GROUND FLOOR: large porch suitable for dining outside; hall; sitting room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: three double bedrooms, one with a single bed added, twin bedroom with a single sofa-bed added, bathroom with shower

Possibility to buy extra virgin olive oil, own production. On request the owner can prepare typical Tuscan dinners.
