The smaller one is located downstairs ( 4+2 sleeeping accommodations ) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen - complete with stove, oven and dishwasher - with dining area and living room with a double sofa bed. Large doors open directly into the garden. A private terrace with great views offers the possibility for an outdoor dinner. There is a large double door that open up to the terrace area where you can barbeque, and where are a table and a beach. The upstairs apartment ( 8/10 sleeeping accommodations ) has its own entry from the hillside, and this is the larger apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher. A private garden place and a terrace with barbeque, tables, sun chairs and umbrellas are inviting you. Both have English Sat-TV Plasma and access to a clothes washer. There is a further double bedroom available on request, to sleep a total of 16 people. Villa Bibbiena has also a sauna room. Internet fast connection, telephone, fax.
FIRST FLOOR : Apartment 1 - 4+2 guests - ( approx. 100m² ): The lower apartment can be accessed by the main stairwell or by its own private entrance on the ground floor. One enters from the covered patio where you will find a wrought iron table and chairs in order to enjoy breakfast outside. The large eat-in kitchen has a French door which leads to the surrounding garden area. The dining room table is large enough for eight person and opens directly into the living room. The two bedroom have direct access through the living room. There are two en suite bathrooms.
SECOND FLOOR : Apartment - 8/10 guests - ( approx. 250m² ): This upper apartment has a convenient entrance from the huge patio with tables, chairs and a shady umbrella into the large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and plenty of cooking space. From the kitchen one enters into a huge dining room, great for large groups! Here you will find the main entrance which opens up to a covered patio area, and the path leading to the pool and a shady picnic area. The living room - sitting room area open has several sofas a Sat TV and a beautifully stone carved fireplace with real olive wood floors. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom located on this floor. In the dining room there is access to a stairwell which leads to the second floor and two other bedrooms with their own shared bathroom. There is a further double bedroom available on request, to sleep a total of 10 people.
