Information Request PROFILE: Villa Aretina is a beautiful villa overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The Villa is situated in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful villages in Tuscany.

DESCRIPTION: The villa is divided into two parts: the south side of the villa that is rented and is exclusively available to guests.
The north side of the villa where the owners live (you can’t see the owner and the ownet doesn’t use the pool or your private side of the villa).
The position of the side of villa available to allow guests complete privacy, especially in the summer because the owners spend their summers on the sea. Villa Aretina villa has a beautiful view over the hills the landscape of olive trees and vineyards.
There are many paths you can do around the villa. You can do cultural or scenic walks, easy or difficult.

PARK: The villa is surrounded by 12 acres of land turned into a park hours famous by the name of Peter Porcinai (1910-1986), the world-famous Florentine landscape designer. The park has been published in numerous specialist magazines due to its originality and beauty. The theatre, built by using only Porcinai trees and plants, must be mentioned. Inside the park there is a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court for guests only.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL: Open from late April to late September, (6m x 12m, 1,80 and 3,00 depth) with the depth varying from 1.80 to 3.00, is well equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The outdoor areas are well equipped with a gazebo with table and chairs, the pool is located in the garden, and is exclusive use for guests.

INSIDE VILLA: The house is distributed over 3 floors. First floor: entrance, living room with fireplace, dining room, TV room.
First floor: 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), all equipped with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms (2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with shower).
The rooms have access to outdoor terraces with enchanting views over the countryside and the city of Arezzo. Closer spiral staircase leads to the kitchen in the basement and from there you access to the ironing as well as a bathroom and a double room.
