Tuscany Vacation Rental - VILLA RENAI: Villa Renai, located in Castelfiorentino (FI) at Renai, is surrounded by the green of the typical Florentine hills, where a unique panorama stands out against a background of vineyards and olive groves. We are in the Chianti hills representing a landscape rich in history and tradition.The cosy and comfortable residence, made out of an old hayloft dating back to 1800, was accurately renovated and completed in 2005, recovering its ancient splendour but always keeping the architectural characteristics of the old structure unchanged. Now it consists in four completely independent flats, equipped with any comfort, where elegance and sobriety combine perfectly together.
Chianti Villa Rental - Villa Renai is located on the ridge of a hill at an altitude of about 200 m on the sea level; the residence is surrounded by a large garden (about 2500 m2), made out of the already existing olive grove and complete with a swimming pool of about 60 sqm equipped with a large solarium and with any comfort. During your stay, tasting dinner in the garden of your own flat in hot summer nights, you will be delighted by the chirps of crickets and cicadas.
Chianti Villa Accommodation - ACCOMMODATIONS: A holiday at Villa Renai means a unique experience: you will spend your stay in a Florentine residence surrounded by the quiet of the Tuscan countryside from which you can admire a fascinating panorama. It consists in four large and well-lit flats of different dimensions, elegantly renovated with wooden ceilings, stone staircases and brick floors. Each flat has a wonderful masonry kitchen fully equipped and in the simple but functional bathrooms you can admire the Vietri hand-painted wall tiles.
VILLA RENAI: 6 double bedrooms, 4 double sofa bed, 4 bathrooms with shower, 3 large kitchen and 1 kitchen all with electric oven, fridge, freezer. 3 fireplaces. Tuscany Vacation Rental - SERVICES: Air-conditioning, alarm, safe, independent central heating, satellite television, washing machine, dishwashing machine, electric oven, gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer.Short tasting of typical products on arrival.
The services available to our guests and included in the price are the following: kitchen, air-conditioning, swimming pool open from June to September and solarium. On request we can arrange dinners with typical Tuscan products.
Activities and services available in the surrounding area: riding ground at a distance of 3 km, mountain bike route on site, tennis court, indoor swimming pool, shopping centres, chemist’s shop, railway station, post office and banks.
