The holiday villa is located in Tuscany, on a hill in the Mugello valley, Holiday Villa Barberino is the ideal place to relax and its convenient location is the perfect starting point for excursions in the countryside of Tuscany. Just 1 km off the exit Barberino di Mugello on the A1 Motorway Bologna-Firenze, the holiday Villa is only 15 minutes away from the city of Florence with its history and arts. Close to Bilancino lake and the Mugello's international autodrome, the holiday Villa is also offering a beautiful park with swimming pool.
Villa Barberino is a three storied building. Ground floor: a large dinning room with a wood-oven. First Floor : a large sitting room with fire place, dinning room, a terrace with a panoramic view, a completely furnisched kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers. Second floor : There is one large room ( about 50 sq.m. ) furnished with sofas in one side and a double bed on the other side, with one half-bathroom.
Tuscany villa rentals - WHERE WE ARE: Villa Barberino is close to the town of Barberino where you can find all services ( supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, banks, hospital..) Villa Barberino is encircled by nice woods, excellent places for relaxing walks. About 5 kms away is 'Bilancino' lake with equipped beaches. At s distance of few kms it's possible to visit the native house of the painter Giotto.
Tuscany villa accommodation - FACILITIES: In the garden there are a swimming pool 7x3x1,35 mt ( changing room, deck chairs ..), three pavilions, a barbecue.
