Holiday villa in Tuscany - PROFILE: The property, situated in an unique position with stunning views of the green countryside in the heart of Tuscany near POZZO DELLA CHIANA (AR), has got two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with a fireplace in a typicall Tuscan style, a billiard, table, a piano a study, a very modern appliances and a toilete. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (10 + 2 beds), two bathrooms ( one with shower, one with bad) and an attic.
Villa Lauro is tastefully fornished in a perfect antiquity style and it is sorely the ideal place a holiday for families with children. As well as the large garden which surrounds the villa, there are various hectares of land with an orchard, a vineyard and an olive grove. Equipped with a very large panoramic terrace with private swimming pool (15x6), garden furniture an da gazebo for relaxing dinners during summer.

Villa Lauro - WHERE WE ARE: the villa is set near POZZO DELLA CHIANA a very little village, two kilometres far on foot and five, kilometres from FOIANO where it is possible to find markets, rotisserie, restaurants, pubs, pizzerie, bars and other types of services. A very new outlet centre is about eight kilometres far from the villa.

Holiday villa in Tuscany - SERVICES AND NEWS ALL AROUND: besides in February you will enjoy the famous carnival, the oldest one in Italy. The villa is only a few miles away and the same distance from the motorwais to Florence, Siena, Perugia and Rome.
