ACCOMMODATION: The villa has two apartments and two bedroom apartments (adjoining wanting) and a stone gazebo for 2 people. In total there are 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms with 3 sofa-beds, 1 balcony with panoramic views over the lagoon, 1 attic. Total 18 +2 beds.
Villa Argentario has 5 independent entrances. In case of rent to groups of less than 18/20 people some spaces will be closed.

PROFILE: The villa is situated right in the nature. Into a protected area called Feniglia. Not far from the beach of Feniglia (only 270 meters) and only 50 meters from the entrance of the natural park of Feniglia (where you can find deer, wild boars and other wild animals). The villa has a wonderful view over the lagoon of Orbetello where nesting colony of flamingos.
In the nearby exclusive area of Ansedonia, this is the only accommodation that allows people to reach the sea-side and the natural park without car. This is very important if you consider that in this area transit is forbidden to all vehicles. The Villa has an enclosed park of 5000 square meters that includes also part of the seaside and part of the Orbetello lagoon.
The famous lagoon of Orbetello is one of the most wild and not-contaminated natural areas of Tuscany (Find it on Wikipedia). The reserve is open from 1st September to 30 April.
