VILLAS: Set among the green hills of Tuscan countryside, 1 Km far from the small medieval village of Montaione, is displaced the 3 villas of the agritourism 'Montaione'. The 3 villas forming this building complex are surrounded by a huge wide park, well cured and with an unique charm. Each fitting has been carefully planned and cured for both architectural structure and interior furniture. Every kind of comfort is at our guests’ disposal, such as sat-TV, fireplace with firewood, dishwasher in each kitchen,Jacuzzi bathtub; outdoor the relax is assured with solarium and swimming pool, where you can spend moments of perfect peace. In the park there is also a small lake where fishing. For privacy and security of our guests, the area is fully enclosed, so access is controlled by an automatic gate, for which guests will be provided of remote control. At our guests’ disposal there are also season fruit and vegetables growing in the garden area reserved for cultivation. Those who want to combine relax with other activities surely will be not disappointed; Montaione surroundings offer several choices: it is possible to plan horse riding, MTBike ride, golf playing, wine-and other farm products-tasting.

SERVICES: Numberless towns and villages are easy to visit in the area nearby Montaione: besides famous art cities as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, reachable in about one hour by car, there are in the surroundings medieval towns, such as San Gimignano, Volterra and San Miniato.

WHERE WE ARE: San Gimignano (15 Km) Volterra (25 Km) Firenze (50 Km) Siena (50 Km) Pisa (50 Km). It worths a special mention the monastric buildings in San Vivaldo and its Holy Mount, just 5 Km far from Montaione. It shows, with a set of chapels, a smaller copy of Jerusalem at the crusades’ age. The nearest railway station is in Castelfiorentino (10 km away from the residence) or in Florence. The nearest airports are Pisa airport Galileo Galilei and Amerigo Vespucci in Florence ( both about 50 Km away from the residence ). The Farm Montaione has a tennis court and 2 swimming-pool with a wide solarium area adjoining. Inside the park a broad area has turned into a private parking. At guest's disposal there is a big park; an area is planted with fruit trees and vegetables; guests have free access to this area. In the farm Montaione are ploughed vines and olive trees. At Residence's reception it is possible to buy, with the very price of the wine cellar, genuine farm products: Wine Chianti, San Giovese, White wine ~ Extra Vergine olive oil ~ Vinsanto (dessert wine) ~ Grappa ~ Spumante (champagne).
