Minimal rental for apartments in historical centre are 3 nights. Minimal rental for villa or farm is 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday). To make a reservation, 40%, 50% or 100% of the total rent by bank transfer is required. Subsequently, please fax the receipt of the transfer to the fax number 0039 055 295435. The reservation will be considered valid only upon receipt of the fax and will be immediately confirmed by email.
Upon receipt of the bank transfer (about 3/4 days), a voucher will be sent by email or fax, as preferred, with all details necessary to enter the rented house. It is absolutely forbidden to arrive with more persons than indicated in the voucher.
The balance of the rent is due 45 days before the rental period or upon arrival, according to the terms specified by the chosen vacation home.
The following information is required for completion of the voucher: Last Name, First Name, Home Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Mobile Phone Number, Nationality, Number of persons (adults/children).
In case of cancellation, the client will be reimbursed 80% of the amount paid only if notice has been given at least 60 days prior to the intended rental period.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ON PAY PAL: If the first payment is made with credit card it is necessary to envisage an increase of the 4% on amount of the first credit card transfer to be paid on moment of the reservation. Please don't pay before our reservation document. You can Pay just by Visa or Mastercard, no American Express
