DESCRIPTION: The main body of the villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen.
Two other guests can stay in the dependance, which is closer to the pool and consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room
LOCATION: Villa i Sassi is located on a hill with a breathtaking view, 2 km from the Etruscan town of Cortona (walking distance). From the pool you can enjoy a great view of the wonderful countryside around Cortona.
The location is strategic, because in a few minutes by car you can easily reach the most important artistic and cultural places of Tuscany and Umbria such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Città di Castello, Siena, Assisi and Perugia.
EXTERIOR: The swimming pool is heated and sea salt is used instead of chlorine. Garden with tables, chairs, loungers and sun umbrellas. Pergola with 3 private parking places, property completely fenced with remote control gate. SERVICES: swimming pool cleaning service, garden cleaning and linen change 3 times a week. On request: transfer service from the airport, one person in charge of the shopping that can also cook for you, cooking class with an English and also German speaking Italian chef , day trips throughout Tuscany and Umbria and also to the 5 Terre.
