Information Request Villa Valle del Canto is a beautiful villa, magnificently restored, on the outskirts of the medieval town of Lucca surrounded by a green valley called " Valle del Canto ".
The Villa has two floors. The ground floor comprises a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen well equipped with modern appliances, a bathroom and a laundry. At the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms each one of those provided with an en-suite bathroom, and two small living rooms both of them equipped with 2 double sofa beds for a total of 8 + 2 beds.
Outside, a delicious 5 acres completely fenced garden surrounds the Villa, here you can find the parking (10 cars maximum), a beautiful private pool and a veranda for outside meals.
Services: internet connection - air conditioning - fireplace - shower - satellite tv - cd and dvd player - washing machine and ironing board - dishwasher - microwave - moka pot - cots and high chairs are available on request.
Outside facilities: private parking - private pool (12x6 meters , depth 1.50 m) - fully equipped terrace - wood stove - 20,000 sq meters garden.
The pool is equipped with teak hardwood furniture such as chairs and sun umbrellas..
A few meters from the villa there are restaurants, grocery stores, newspaper stands and a bakery stores..
Extra services available upon request not included in the rent rate: private maid and cook, transfers, babysitting, concierge service, excursions, private guides, helicopter service, boat tours, tickets booking, pre-arrival grocery shopping..
Bed Linen and bathroom sets changes are included in the price (sheets are changed twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday). A further change of linen is available upon request and due to be paid as an extra.
Guests are well looked after by the staff of the Villa from the moment of their arrival until the departure in order to make their stay in this wonderful accommodation as comfortable as possible.
