The recently-completed renovation was carried out with the finest-quality materials. The floors are in the venerable cotto antico tiles, and all the architectural details are first-class in every detail, in order to achieve a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere totally in harmony with the "genius loci," the spirit of the place.

THE VILLA: A spacious kitchen includes a huge food-preparation table topped in Carrara marble, a wash-sink made of "pietra serena", an eight-burner cook-stove, two ovens, a refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The sitting room, about 60 sq.m., is elegantly furnished, with an ancient stone fireplace and a handsome table in fine hardwood that will comfortably seat more than ten. Both are furnished with antiques and luxurious upholstered furniture, and each has a private bath.Optional is the use of another bedroom with bath and a separate outside entrance.
