The houses (the Villa and the Depandance-Limonaia) are actually heated and conditioned by a geothermal system that maintains an optimal and constant temperature all year round, replacing the traditional heating and air conditioning systems.
The property consists of a main house with 11 beds in 5 double bedrooms (four with private bathroom with shower) and a single bedroom and of an independent dependence Limonaia 2 / 4 beds (80 meters square) with 1 double bedroom with double bed in the loft, private bathroom with shower, 1 sofa bed for two people in the living area, private bathroom with shower. Everything is located in a lush private garden of about an acre where you can relax, eat and cool off in a big swimming pool and where you can enjoy an amazing view over the Tuscan countryside. A gazebo and a stone patio with comfortable chairs are located among olive groves surrounding the Villa.
The owners live in a separate building and ensure their full attention for the guests to make their stay unforgettable.
