Villa Casa del Mar can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and it also comprises 5 bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by 14.8 acres of garden. The pool has a wonderful view, and it integrates perfectly with the Mediterranean landscape. The nearest beach to the Villa is Le Cannelle, you can easily reach it by car or walking for about 2 km. The road leading from the villa to Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano is unpaved and absolutely not recommended for a sports car.

LOCATION: Villa Casa del Mar is located in the Argentario area, midway between Porto Ercole (7 km far) and Porto Santo Stefano (3.5 km far). From the villa you can see the islands of Giglio and Giannutri you can easily reach in few minutes by ferry from Porto Ercole.
