Information Request PROFILE: The location is quiet exceptional, Costa Scarpuccia is just few minutes walk from the famous "Ponte Vecchio in an area called Costa Magnoli, few minutes walk to the Arno river where you approach a square called "Piazza Santa Felicita" (Happiness square) where the Florentines meet up for a taste of an excellent glass of wine at "La Volpe e l’Uva"

The area full of cafes and Restaurant is called the"Oltrarno" district and it is an area of Florence bustling with life in the evening and also durino the day when petite boutiques and shops open to the most sophisticated clientele requesting arts and crafts whose making have disappeared elsewhere.
Costa Scarpuccia is also just one minute walk from the splendid Ponte Vecchio, the bridge renowned for its goldsmith shops. Via Tornabuoni with its designer label shops is just across the Ponte Vecchio bridge.

DESCRIPTION: The apartment is set within a elegant and exclusive premises where are other apartments owned by the same proprietor for hundred years. The garden’s borders of this property are next to the famous "Bardini Gardens", definetely worth a visit because they offer great views of the city (not quiet as good as the owner’s ones, you may ask the maid to show you the view from the owner’s premises)

The entrance to the apartment is down few steps from the main gate where you will reach a small terrace with views of the greenery underneath . This i san area where you cannot eat out but you can be walked about - it is a pity that the view of the Duomo and of all of Florence is hidden behind the trees.

The entrance is through a typical Tuscan green blind, access to a large living area with sofa and armchairs, a library and a desk for your lap top. Down a step to the left is the dining room with a large table and 6 chairs which have been furnished with antique pieces and drawings. The kitchen is separate to the living room and it is fully furnished with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4 gas ring hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The bedrooms are to the right of the living room, through a corridor where a built-in wardrobe has been placet. Access the first large bedroom with a double bed, two windows overlooking the Florence side, a library and two wardrobes.

Through this bedroom you will have access to the second double bedroom which is entered also from the en-suite bathroom with shower which opens into another corridor.
The latter leads to the small single bedroom and a small bathroom with shower.
There is the possibility to add another bed in the living room in order to sleep 6 people in total.
