Our San Niccolo 2 apartment was very conveniently located--just 10 minutes away from the Duomo and 5 minutes to Ponte Vecchoi. I was concerned about the sleeping arrangements for 5, because it appeared the 5th person would be on a fold-out couch in the living room. In fact, that person slept on what appeared to be a bed set up in the living room, and since the door closed, it functioned as another bedroom. The kitchen became our meeting area instead. So it held 5 of us comfortably, and even 6 over a weekend. The kitchen was modern and superbly equipped. With 2 bathrooms it handled all of us well. The manager was helpful and responsive and recommended a good restaurant to us. It did take us a couple of days to figure out how to unlock the apartment door easily (pull the door toward you as you turn the key). The bathtub at the end of the hall tends to spill water onto the floor from around its edges, so put towels in place at each end to avoid a wet floor. All in all, we had a great stay and would stay there again.
