Rental in Florence - DESCRIPTION: The apartment is composed of an entrance, a living room with TV, a little fully equipped kitchen (3 ring hob, 1 electric plate, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine), a double bedroom with a safe, and a bathroom with shower. From the living room and the bedroom, there is an exit to a large terrace of 45 m2, which offers a wonderful view on the rooftops of Florence and on the Santa Croce church. The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table, and a gardener takes care of the beautiful plants on the terrace twice a month.
In case of monthly rental the payment of water, electricity and gas will be required extra, upon consumption. It is also required one month rental as cautionary deposit.
