Exclusive rental Tuscany villa PROFILE: Villa Honeymoon Tuscany was entirely renovated to a very high standard in 2007. The house, which is over 100 years old, is split into 2 dwellings. It is equipped throughout with a remote control heating and air conditioning system. All rooms have wonderful panoramic sea views. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
DESCRIPTION: The Main House is on 2 levels, sleeps 3, and comprises of:
Ground Floor: Sitting room with open log fireplace, stereo, TV e DVD. Dining room seating 6 people. Modern kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave and Smeg fridge freezer.
First Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom: beautifully furnished with king size bed. A rolled top free standing bath incorporated into the bedroom gives a feel of real luxury (sea view from the tub!). Guest bedroom with Queen size bed. A second bathroom also has a washing machine. The Apartment can be rented in addition to the house and sleeps 2-3, but will not be rented separately. The self contained apartment is situated directly below and behind the main house and has a truly Tuscan rustic feel. The main room has a kitchen/dining area for 4 people, and a large sofa for relaxing which converts easily into a comfortable double bed. The Bedroom has a Queen size bed. The ensuite bathroom, as in the main house, has a Hansgrohe power shower unit, and heated towel rail. Immediately outside the apartment there is a paved area covered with a pergola with dining table and chairs to seat 4 people. Tucked away there is also a washing machine just for the apartment.
THE GARDEN: The land surrounding Villa Honeymoon Tuscany has been adapted for all types of pleasure - there are 2 large terraces once again with stunning views of the sea and national park. The top terrace has a barbeque and dining area with seating for 6-8 people shaded by a large pergola. There is also a lawned area for guests who wish to escape the midday sun. The bottom terrace has a vast decking area with an elevated jacuzzi which has a top of the range massage system. This is a serious sundeck with 6 sun loungers (large towels are provided) where guests can lie back and soak up the Tuscan sun, listen to the birds singing and feel the stress of city life dissolve away. Because of the nature of the terraces the house is not considered suitable for children.
