Villa La Corte is an ideal accommodation both for families and a groups of friends as it features common areas which may accomodate up to then people at one time. The house is enclosed by a cool park of pine and forest trees where guests may enjoy the villa’s own private swimming pool (20 x 40 ft) surrounded by a well-cared garden.
Cortona travel - THE VILLA: Ground floor: vast porch fitted with tables and chairs, an ideal place for outdoor meals; large living-room with fire-place, Tv and telephone. Kitchen and dining-room equipped with electric oven, fridge and dish-washer; small bathroom with shower, study and double sleeper-sofa.A rustic kitchen with direct access to the garden and the swimming-pool is entered going down a few steps.
First floor: two double-bedrooms, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath-tub. A third bedroom with bathroom with shower and direct access to the large panoramic terrace is accessed climbing a few steps.
The villa has an independent heating system and can thus also be used during the winter
