The property is accessed by private gate and road leading up to the villa surrounded by quiet and private gardens. The nearest beach is less than one kilometer and other more well known beaches like Lacona and Lido di Capoliveri can be reached in few minutes by car. The lush green area surrounding the villa is very tranquil and with few homes nearby. The distance to the port of Porto Azzurro is approx. 8 km and that of Portoferraio is approx. 10 km. The villa's surface extends to about 150 square meters and can comfortably accomodate up to 8/9 persons. The villa includes 4 master bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms (one with sofabed and the other with area for two additional beds).
